Hi again today,

here is something what really is not concretion. lol. Its from somewhere the southern coast of Europe beach, dont know exectly. The second object has a surface similar to that of the raw agate crust, I try it to catch it on photos...

So what you can think about it ?

The one encased in the rock is a gastropod which is as far as I can get with an ID and the "holy moly" next to it is so far gone there really isn't enough left to get any proper ID on.

I think the "holly" piece is an agate/chalcedony not a shell.

The one in matrix is a gastropod, but would need to be exposed to make an id.

The first specimen looks to have a lot of borings, especially pholad borings (bioerosion), so it might come from the sea. OP said it is from a beach.
The second one is a gastropod, weathered in the way that the columela is nicely exposed.
