JarrodB
I had a fun trip looking for shark teeth and artifacts yesterday at the North Sulphur River Texas. I found a large Enchodus tooth, nice shark tooth, mosasaur jaw section, other assorted fossils and some cool artifacts. Weather was perfect.

Sometimes I bring home too much lol. I"m actually going to list some lots today for sale to clear out some lower quality items before I try to move hundreds of pounds of fossils to my new home. lol

I've tried to move away from the the Ladonia section and start exploring the surrounding creeks. Hit 3 new creeks that run north of that section of NSR last month. Didn't have much success. But the weather was great and still had fun. Also hit the 68 bridge and surrounding area at NSR a few times. But haven't had much luck there either. Seems I always have the most success at the area most picked over, at Ladonia. But the exploration is still fun, and plenty of gravel beds to toe through. And the creeks are usually isolated, which is preferred. Lol - But I always wonder, when I see a boot print or a indention in the dirt where something used to be...was Jarrod just here? OwlEyes
Wow! Great find. I plan to visit North Sulphur River at the end of the year when I go visit family in Austin Texas. My son wish to find some bone, he doesn't have any yet and I hope I can find an arrowhead.
