Austen
Keep finding examples of these honeycomb/tubular structures, what could they be?
Fossildude19
Looks like a Favositid Coral. Cool find. 2 Tim - VETERAN SHALE SPLITTER VFOTM --- APRIL - 2015 __________________________________________________ "In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks." FranzBernhard
These seem to be palaeozoic favositid tabulate corals. The honeycomb tubes are typical and you can clearly see the tabulae (the lamella/separtions within the tubes). Try googling images of "Favosites". (It could be also another genus within the familiy favositidae, Favosites is just an example). Franz Bernhard

FossilDAWG
I agree it is a tabulate coral, likely a favositid. If you can give us a better idea of where you found it, we might be able to offer a more solid ID and age. Don
