Object found on Key West beach

I found this on a beach in Key West. It doesn’t look or feel man made to me. Can anyone identify what it might be, or what it might have belonged to?

From the last picture it looks like it may be a piece of coral.

When You hold an object and try to take a picture it makes it blurred.

Please retake Your pictures with the piece sitting on a solid colored background in bright light.
