Hi all

I found these two fossils in Post Oak Creek (Sherman, TX) today and would appreciate any input as to what they are.  My guess on the first one is that it is part of a turtle shell, and the second one is part of a crustacean.

Thanks!

First one is a crocodile ?skull roof piece, second one - looks like a crustacean.

I saw your post on the DPS group. I thought croc on the first piece but wasn’t too sure. I don’t think it’s turtle.

I’m pretty sure the other is part of a crab. I find a lot of crabs in the Britton Formation.
