Her is one example as it looks rather worn so it could be from anywhere far so maybe that’s who it’s big

Your suggestion might be good, but in any of the cases (oyster shell or gastropod shell fragment) the dinosaur bone fragment will be ruled out. The porous structure of the specimen in question is due to the marine bioerosional processes, and I'm sure that the markings are made by sponges, given the spongious look of the specimen. :)
