I'm sorry, what you have there is not a tooth. Looks geologic to me.

Perhaps a photo of the other side and a photo of the darker 'top' (in very good focus!) would change minds. 

I'm tending towards geologic but not convinced yet. Not a dino tooth, though.

As @Tidgy's Dad said, you can take to local museum.
