Interesting find! 

The part that sort of looks like a tooth or arrowhead, appears to be limestone (you would need to run some tests to make sure).

The rest are crystal growth (my guess, calcite).

Funny how rocky things can end up looking so much like something else.

The shape is common when small chunks of a layer (or crack fill) of harder mineral breaks off with some of the softer surrounding rock and is subjected to wear.

I agree with Dale's assessment.

This look geological in origin, rather than biological.
