Seguidora-de-Isis
Good morning to all my friends of my beloved TFF! I usually give my advice, I usually try to help everyone here with fossil eggs. But this time I can not help myself with this egg maybe Spheroolithidae - "Segnosaur" Egg... I'm blinded by the smoke curtain emanated from the flames of the fire called: "I want, I wish it to be real"! So as it is for me, I am afraid of being influenced by myself. So I ask the help of all, please, you take the sales out of my eyes and that you help me to make a good judgment. I thank you all! The seller is a person I trust and I've done a lot of business with him. And the price, if I may say, $ 120.00, and if it's even real, I believe it's a fair price. All the help is extremely welcome, but: Please, I also invoke the help of my dear friends: @Crazyhen @CBchiefski @HamptonsDoc @-Andy- @steelhead9 1 Is It real, or it's not real, that's the question! Crazyhen
I would say it's genuine and it's quite typical of eggs from Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province of China. I know you really want to have a segnosaur egg. But, my dear friend, why would you want to get an egg, though with fairly complete shell coverage, that is split into two halves? My humble advice is that you may wish to wait for a better one from the seller.
-Andy-
It looks real enough to me. Could be from Henan or Jiangxi. 3 Looking forward to meeting my fellow Singaporean collectors! Do PM me if you are a Singaporean, or an overseas fossil-collector coming here for a holiday!
Tidgy's Dad
Hello, my dear friend from so far away. I agree with my other friend from far away, Crazyhen, and say this is a real egg, but isn't the best and is broken. Still, if you like it for the price, go for it! 3 Life's Good! Tortoise Friend. bcfossilcollector
I haven’t seen many authentic Segnosaur eggs but it certainly resembles the real examples I have looked at.
CBchiefski
I do see two yellow flags but overall would agree with the others, this one is most likely real @Seguidora-de-Isis .
