Is this a real ammonite fossil? Need to know.

Hello.

So I need to know and confirm about this. Today, my family went to an outdoor swap meet, and from there I got this. Shortly after buying this, I started to question its reliability a bit. I'm no expert on fossils and how to tell fakes, so I was wondering if you guys can deduce if it's real or fake. Excuse me for the webcam quality.

Thanks. WIN_20190127_12_27_35_Pro.jpg.349e3955a663107b4126ae9542cf507f.jpgWIN_20190127_12_27_41_Pro.jpg.3daefbc4f84eb1a9d4cf7c3beab8b08f.jpgWIN_20190127_12_27_48_Pro.jpg.cd609129e9176b50050a87788079fb50.jpgWIN_20190127_12_28_00_Pro.jpg.69d453fca1ddae3d5ecf72e25cd4d9d1.jpgWIN_20190127_12_28_19_Pro.jpg.a6a8f16587ff4b8dc934ec56b1f4fb65.jpg

The inner whorls look almost too perfect compared to the outer whorls. I think that it's a real ammonite but maybe there was some restoration? Better picture quality would help.

Real, but the inner whirls are commonly carved to make them look more complete and sellable.

I adjusted your pics to see if I can see any extra details. Like @caldigger said the inner whorls have been carved as evidenced by the steep cut that you can see in the black and white image. The outer whorl seems to be real though.

Yes, the inner whorls have been carved.

This is commonly done with Cretaceous ammonites from Morocco.
