Soet
I bought these (in Solo Indonesia), what the seller told me, to be fossils of an elephant. Now I am wondering if this is fake or real? They are heavy, sound solid, more or less kinda stone. What do you think ? Soet
Nice suggestion! I never heard of this type of elephant before but it indeed looks very comparable. I also posted another fossil I bought, they mentioned a fossil elephant tusk. Maybe you have a suggestion there as well?

This is probably correct, given that it is from Indonesia. 1 "There has been an alarming increase in the number of things I know nothing about." - Ashleigh Ellwood Brilliant “Try to learn something about everything and everything about something.” - Thomas Henry Huxley >Paleontology is an evolving science. >May your wonders never cease!
