Ammonite-gastropod

Hi everybody. I made an exchange with someone who gave me that ammono-gastero fossil. The ammonite has 7 centimeters of circumference and the gasteropod 2,5 centimeters.

All the information i have is that they must be from the Callovian stage, and i think they are from Britanny, in the North-West of France.

Opalised fossils are the best: a wonderful mix between paleontology and mineralogy!

Q. Where do dinosaurs study?

A. At Khaan Academy!...

I said it must be Callovian, but i have no real clue about its age.

In the Callovian stage, the most looking-like one i saw was a Kosmoceras (maybe jason).

Thank you very much Christian.:)

I finally had an answer, it is not at all from the Callovian stage nor even Jurassic but from the Cenomanian and is a Schloenbachia.

And it's not from Brittany. No ammonite there, only distorted trilos!
