Yes, really too small. If you have difficulties to charge your photos at a "normal" size, you can use the answering function to post the second one.

Pictures are too small. Regardless, I think you’ll have troubles coming up with an ID because identifying Theropod teeth from IOW is troublesome.

Pictures are needed but the first question to be asked is the ID correct. It will be difficult like Runner64 said but we can try.  You cannot accurately  ID jurassic teeth from just photos.   To properly try to ID it at a minimum you will need a photo showing both carinae.   A midline density count for both edges 5 mm wide.  Need to know the width and length at the base to do a CBR.   We have Neovenator morphologies in the Portuguese and German fauna might get something close. 

Any large theropod tooth from the UK is indeed rare.
