Rugops tooth

The thing is, Rugops is known from the Cenomanian Echkar Formation (in Niger), so not the Kem Kem beds... 

It might be Abelisauridae, though we'd also need some closeups of the serrations/denticles

Not Rugops for the reasons mentioned in above post.  Distal curvature to extreme to be an abelisaurid.   It's one of those morphologies from the Kem Kem that is unknown.  "Theropod indet."
