Thanks for posting.  Part of any trip to the Badlands is collecting ant hills material if we can find any in a 5 gallon bucket.  At home sifting usually yields small Theropod teeth.  The most common found are Pectinodon and juvie Acheroraptor.   Gotta love those prospectors.

Couldn't agree more, helpful little fellows allowed me to find a Richardoestesia and a thescelosaurus premax tooth last time I was in Wyoming. Next time I'm there I'll bring some of the matrix home to sift through.

As a child in Arizona I used to always check the ant hills for small arrow heads called bird points. I think those little guys do concentrate artefacts of a certain size.
