I_gotta_rock Posted February 26, 2019 Share Posted February 26, 2019 I found this scapula this weekend along the Potomac River in Virginia. It's a vertebrate. That's all I know for sure. Most of the cliff next to the beach where I found it is miocene marine, but the very top is pleistocene terrestrial. The grid is in inches. I refuse to give up my childish wonder at the world.
