Stand Up Straight, Like Your Neanderthal Cousin

Hold on. The Neanderthal was thought to be a hunchback fossil hominid and seen as a savage beast and lunatic race thanks to the La Chapelle-aux-Saints skeleton. We now know, however, that Neanderthals had no hunchback (I learned about the Neanderthal myth in a Physical Anthropology class in Irvine Valley College), because the La Chapelle-aux-Saints skeleton is arthritic.
