Similar indeed.  Again, this is typical Moroccan material, though Devonian instead of Cretaceous.

I agree with Don.
I have a similar one from Morocco in my collection, having the same color (brownish, not blackish) like yours. I will post pictures tomorrow, now I haven't proper light condition.
