This is one of the roadside rocks I picked up. I see what appears to be an oyster shell but, as for the other items I have no idea. I would appreciate any help you can give.

This looks like a mass of agglutinated shells, sometimes called coquina. 

 

I took the liberty of rotating and brightening your pictures.

I agree, basically lots of broken up oyster shells.
