fossil_sea_urchin
Is this an Iguanodon jaw fossil? If so how rare is it?

LordTrilobite
Well it's definitely a jaw and it does look like it could possibly Iguanodontid. But since many of the teeth are hidden by matrix it's hard to tell. Some careful prepping might tell us more. 6 Olof Moleman AKA Lord Trilobite
Birdman
I recognise that piece. I found that one, but since I already had a good example of an Iggy jaw, I decided to part with it. Yes, I can confirm for you that it is a Iguanodontid jaw. Some species can be quite robust like that one. Most of those small fragments in the matrix are remnants of teeth! So there are quite a few in that one. Hope this helps.
