Museum of Science at Valencia (Spain)

Recommended Posts

Hi all! Last year we visited the spanish dinosaurs and other biota exhibition at the Museum of Science. All the fossils displayed where found in Valencia area (Spain) and belong to Late Jurassic and Cretaceous (mainly Barremian age).

Spain has yielded a very large lower cretaceous dinosaur fauna very similar to those of the UK.

Enjoy...

Thank you for posting, been to Valencia a few time but hasn't visited the museum as science yet.
I didn't know they had a paleontology section at the museum, I definitely have to pay it a visit now the next time I visit! :)

Thanks for posting. Nice to see some things that don't get nearly as much attention as finds from the more well-known sites world-wide.
