Birthday Fossils! Are they real?

Recommended Posts

Hey! I got these fossils for my birthday and I just wanna know if they are real or not?

They are classified as fish fossils, Great White teeth, and petrified wood. These are all from my local gem shop which I bought many real fossils from before.

I don't know about the species involved here, but they all look real to me.

Happy Birthday!

Petrified wood from chinle formation (petrified forest, Arizona).

Fish from green river formation Wyoming.

Shark tooth on left is a Carcharodon sp. (great white), the other tooth looks like a C. hastalis (has no serrations).

Both are GW teeth. The serrations on the right one are just shadowed a bit.
