garyc
I have seen nothing like this bone before and have no idea how to start attempting to identify it. I've been through the gallery of @Harry Pristis and seen nothing there. I can't tell how complete it is, but I think there are some good diagnostic features there. Harry Pristis
It's not a bone I recognize. I'd start looking for a match among the xenarthrans. 2 http://pristis.wix.com/the-demijohn-page What seest thou else In the dark backward and abysm of time? ---Shakespeare, The Tempest

Uncle Siphuncle
Not sure. Bilateral symmetry? Grüße, Daniel A. Wöhr aus Südtexas "To the motivated go the spoils."
garyc
It does have some symmetry to it. The first picture looks like some sort of socket, but then there are the weird articulating surfaces that you can see in the last picture. I’ve been wanting to make a vertebra out of this but I can’t figure out where the neural canal would have been
Rayminazzi
Possibly a piece of pelvis?

PrehistoricFlorida
Pretty certain it's a sloth manubrium. Difficult to tell from pics, but that's where I'd start. 10 www.PrehistoricFlorida.com

All the cool kids are saying it!
