mammal bone id

I have seen nothing like this bone before and have no idea how to start attempting to identify it. I've been through the gallery of @Harry Pristis and seen nothing there. I can't tell how complete it is, but I think there are some good diagnostic features there.

Not sure.  Bilateral symmetry?

It does have some symmetry to it. The first picture looks like some sort of socket, but then there are the weird articulating surfaces that you can see in the last picture.  I’ve been wanting to make a vertebra out of this but I can’t figure out where the neural canal would have been

Google informs me that the manubrium is at the 'top' end of the sternum.
