Let us see what we've got here. Lot of pictures. I will have to do multiple posts ;)

One of the most interessting fossils there is Rocky, a young Tyrannosaurus Rex.

I previously showed Rocky here:

And this picture.

It is somewhat irritating and gave me a very very weird feeling.

Thats what it would look like if you where walking through the woods and meet one of these creatures in real life.

It just gave me chills down my spine.

Hi,

last year there was a special pterosaur exhibition at the Dinopark Altmühltal. You could also enjoy the beauty of some other rarities from the Solnhofener Plattenkalk (Painten quarry to be precisely).

Wow. The fossils and the reconstructions are all pretty impressive. You've even got a Canadian 'ammolite' ammonite... I don't think our provincial museum over here has anything like that, though we are next door to the province that produces them.

This little guy looks so happy to be there!  Also, am I the only one that thinks postosuchus looks cute?  A T rex head on a little body.

The rhamphorhynchus up top is quite beautiful too.

Maybe he is thinking about how awesome it is, that there is no T-Rex near by. I wonder if he spotted the big guy behind him :D
