ynot
Nice all around but the last one- Darwin said: " Man sprang from monkeys." Will Rogers said: " Some of them didn't spring far enough." Jackson g
Last couple cool finds of the season. I figured March would probably be the last month for some time to hunt here due to rain and waters rising. Thanks for all the love everyone!

I'm about to get an air scribe here in a week or two, so I'll be able to clean up and get better detail out of some of them. I'm excited lol. Jackson g
16 I know this one only has one small fry towards the bottom, but I figured I liked it so why not put it up too. Has 4 monoplacophorans I believed clustered also. Two are still in matrix embedded partially.
Jackson g
17 Final post until next season. Most of the others I have in display cases and don't want to remove them. This one has a little placo also.

I also like the one with the bivalve and brach on one piece, and the monoplacophorans... Good spot you've got.
Jackson g
I lied. Forgot about one here. And update on age info. After showing my friend in the area, he told me he believes the age of most of these to be Missippian, probably Kinderhookian through Osagean. A little older than I thought. Jackson g
I'm happy to say I've got a few extra brachs I've been able to prep from extra bulk rock I had laying around from my March fossil hunts. 19

Jackson g
22 Unfortunately I dinged this one up a bit. It was covered in rock still while I was trying to work out this little calyx. I didnt notice until it was too late, and it was on the bottom surface while i chisled some matrix off. I'll learn to restore some day and make it very nice looking. Very 3-D looking with another little one burried still.

Jackson g
23 The other half of the Golden spirals piece that I have forgone and named. I had to do a little glue work due to it splitting, but I think it is very nice to have for context with the other peice side by side.
