I don’t see any egg texture, to me they look like Spetarian nodules.

Instinct is to call them concretion, but I wouldn't rule out a volcanic origin.

I don't think they are eggs at any rate. Sorry.

I agree with concretions. They are not eggs (or septarian nodules).

These look like chert nodules to me.

To me, these appear to be a siltstone or 'mudstone' concretion (nodule).  Sometimes they can fracture in angular or slightly conchodial fashion.
