Keichousaurus with Jellyfish?

On this plate is a Keichousaurus and an unknown fossil.  You can see there is something at the left hand corner, does it look like a jellyfish?

In other words, removing the "overburden" will probably make the fossil, if indeed it is a fossil, disappear.

 

P.S. -- Yes, it does look very much like a jelly.
