GroundViewer
I recently went to green mill run and found this strange fossil and I'm not sure what it is. Does anyone know what this is?
Pterosaur
So this is totally a guess, but to me it looks like a Belemnite. A belemnite is a cephalopod that looks somewhat like a squid. They were around from the Late Triassic to Late Cretaceous. 2 "I am a part of all that I have met." - Lord Alfred Tennyson

caldigger
Maybe some form of fish tooth?
DatFossilBoy
To me, it does not look like a belemnite since one end of a belemnite is pointy, the other flat. This piece has both pointy ends. This is really hard to tell. Hopefully others can help. Regards.
Al Dente
It looks like a tilly bone from a fish. Most likely from the Pliocene Yorktown Formation.
