Hey Ken, that is an awesome tooth. You and Jack apparently cleaned up on camelid incisors....This might be a Harry or one of the others vert members question but maybe you know....is that little protrusion something unique or is that a common feature for incisors?

I'm rather happy with this tooth--being a novelty for me it was a trip-maker.

 

I don't think the area you circled is so much a protrusion as part of the rolled edge of this tooth. You can see from the image below that there is a small chip along the edge and that small void is making what appears to be the "protrusion" you noted.
