Which is the largest length of a maxillary and premaxillary tooth of a trex?

Does your question refer to tooth crowns or rooted teeth?   Stan's rooted maxillary tooth for example is 11.5 inches

Its refer to both rooted and tooth crown

Here is a table from a paper that looks at the heterodonty in T rex teeth at different positions.  CH is crown height, so those are the lines you are looking for.  Most papers published do not focus on tooth size especially those associated with skulls.   Not aware of other areas where this info can be found.   Big teeth are also held in private hands that would not get publicized.
