soft shell turtle vertebrae?

In person this is a truly lovely fossil that I found at Cherry Grove, SC 4/5/20.  I took 30 pictures and these were the best. My guess is that it is a soft shell turtle double/triple vertebra.   Does anyone have a better guess?

Hi----Interesting fossil.  I'm not sure what you mean by a double/triple vert.

The pix are rough but the bottom middle one shows some interesting (maybe soft shell) texture.  Try taking pix from further away and cropping them

double/triple vertebra

Perhaps referring to a partial sacrum ?

Thanks for the sacrum info!  I found it on a site from TN.  Its a caudal vertebra.

Its not a vertebra but it looks like it could be from a turtle. I think its part of the shell.
