Nice organization! That's what everyone should aim for with their collections.

Do you have something soft on the bottoms of your drawers? (hard to tell from your pics).. I've done that with some of my drawers (the ones I don't fill with small boxed specimens), so the specimens don't roll and slide around so much.

appart from the cardboard boxes for the smaller specimens I don't have soft bottoms in the drawers. 

growing old is mandatory but growing up is optional.

One way to do it is go to the fabric store and get some felt or flannel or whatever looks like it will work best, cut it out to the dimensions of the drawer bottoms, then lay some strips of double-sided tape down on the bottoms and then lay down the fabric.

I'm also using a flannel-type material for the bottoms of my boxes. (Maybe not necessary for most specimens.. yours look fairly robust for the most part.)
