Now that´s Devonian ceph heaven, isn´t it?

Simply: :o:wub::default_faint:!!

Thanks for sharing your fantastic collection (and some of your hunting trips there) - and the locality is still not exhausted, I think... ;).

Thx Franz Bernhard :) the site is not exhausted, but the best part is gone now, I'll have to see what the expansion of the quarry brings.

Thx :), Yes, I got vert material from here, but not in my collection anymore, I donated all my fish material to the museum in Brussels as all of it is undescribed ( very large Arthodire placoderm remains, some other fish and placoderm and even acanthodian spines )

A lot is still being prepped, a publication will follow.

Thx RB :), I'll add the pictures of the drawers with the rest of the collection later ( smaller cephalopods, Pyritised specimens, anaptichy,.... )

WOW, I knew you had some nice cephs from that area, but it looks even more impressive all together like this. I've never seen so many large, well-preserved cephs from any part of the Paleozoic. Maybe the Moroccans could compete if they'd start prepping them the same way!

Not an area of specialization that I have ever been pulled towards but beautiful and nicely displayed non the less. Wish I could get my act together one of these days and display my fossils as nicely.

Awesome collection.

Its amazing how your specimens look a lot like what I find in the Upper Devonian of New York, USA.
