digit Posted May 9, 2019 Share Posted May 9, 2019 From the fractured end, it appears to be a piece of micro-crystalline silica--chert or chalcedony. Not fossil but a cool mineral. @ynot knows his minerals well and may be able to add more. Welcome to the forum. Lot's of great information (and members) here.
