Fossil ID please

Hi everyone, I found an interesting piece of stone today at a road construction site.

May I ask if someone can tell me more about the possible species and age of this stone? Thank you very much!

These are Phragmolites, a type of monoplacophoran despite the resemblance to a gastropod (snail).  They can be found in some of the Ordovician formations that are quarried in southern Ontario.
