Centipede Type Fossil?

I don't think it is a centipede, maybe a crinoid? 

Not sure, we may need better pictures from different angles for proper ID.

Fish vert column was my first thought.

This is not striking me a fish verts.  I dont what it is so im no help.  Interesting though.

Is the rock limestone? Does it fizz in acid? If marine, it might be an echinoid spine.
