Possible mosasaur tooth??

Found this perfectly split in half tooth that shows the root structure, the shape seems to be mosasaur but not sure. Any thoughts or ideas??

It is either a Mosasaur tooth or a Pachyrhizodus tooth. Need a pic of the base and more angles of the sides.

It’s probably better to make a definitive ID on that in person, but it’s definitely one of the two creatures I stated above.

Yeah I know it’s hard to ID from photographs at times, I find so many teeth like this one all sorts of shapes and sizes I’m having a hard time identifying them all. I did narrow down a few of them to enchodus teeth, sawfish rostral & xiphactinus fish
