Museo Civico di Storia Naturale in Milan is a natural history museum with some very nice fossils

Feel free to check out a thread I started last year :) it shows some of the fossils exhibited at the museum.

Hope this helps!

Opalised fossils are the best: a wonderful mix between paleontology and mineralogy!

Q. Where do dinosaurs study?

A. At Khaan Academy!...

Do you guys know if there are any paleontological museums in Italy?

In Italy there are many Paleontological museums.
I live in Northern Italy) and I can report you: Milan, Asti, Verona, Bolca, Bologna, Venice, Florence etc.
But there are others.
What interests you ?
And what area of Italy.

Fantastic paleontological museum in Florence. Check times though because they are weird (the hours not the Florentines). Incredible mammal collection, many specimens found in Italy. I also highly recommend the Specola Anatomical Museum when you are in Florence. And DO NOT miss the statue of David at the Academie.
