Bone Daddy Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 This large jaw bone was found in the Peace River (Florida). I don't think it's fossilized, but it doesn't exactly look very-recent either. Surely Holocene I think, although I guess it could be older? Is it horse? Cow? Something else? Any help is appreciated. Thanks! Coco The sheets of paper the jaw is resting on are almost certainly 8 1/2 by 11 inches so that would help overall size. That's about 21.6 by 27.9 cm.
