Recently found, very small, roughly 1.5 inches. Any ideas? Doesn't look like feline or canine. Thanks

Definitely carnivore, it may be raccoon or otter based on the size, but i'm not so sure about what their dentition looks like. There are smaller canids and felids from the late neogene and pleistocene in the area so there are a variety of possibilities.

Nice find either way!

It’s not feline, canine or raccoon.  The closest I could come with what I have is river otter (see attached picture of modern one) and it is not an exact match but I think that is the right sort of group based on the shape of the one tooth present. Since we don’t know the age, it could be a different species or something else similar.
