I may be wrong but it looks like a worn piece of horn (rugosa) coral

I agree

Randyw, Darktooth, thank You very much for Your answers!
But could You tell me please in which period they (Rugosa) extinct?
Thanks once more!

They went extinct at the end of the permian.

Darwin said: " Man sprang from monkeys."

Will Rogers said: " Some of them didn't spring far enough."

Ynot, thank You very much!
But I think that its impossible to find Rugosa in this career in Western Ukraine...
In all this region are fossils from Neogene. All others fossils from this place which I found where from Neogene (Bivalvia, Gastropoda, Brachiopoda, Echinodermata, Chondrichtyes (tooth), Bryozoa, Arthropoda (Crabs))...
May be it could be some another similar species of Anthozoa..?

I may be right.

I may be crazy

Croc tooth?

Every single fossil you see is a miracle set in stone, and should be treated as such.

My first thought when seeing this was a worn piece of croc tooth.

Bulldozers and dirt Bulldozers and dirt
behind the trailer, my desert
Them red clay piles are heaven on earth
I get my rocks off, bulldozers and dirt
