Randyw
I may be wrong but it looks like a worn piece of horn (rugosa) coral

Kolya
Ynot, thank You very much! But I think that its impossible to find Rugosa in this career in Western Ukraine... In all this region are fossils from Neogene. All others fossils from this place which I found where from Neogene (Bivalvia, Gastropoda, Brachiopoda, Echinodermata, Chondrichtyes (tooth), Bryozoa, Arthropoda (Crabs))... May be it could be some another similar species of Anthozoa..? Edited June 24, 2019 by Kolya

MeargleSchmeargl
I may be right. I may be crazy Croc tooth? Every single fossil you see is a miracle set in stone, and should be treated as such.
sixgill pete
My first thought when seeing this was a worn piece of croc tooth.
