Carcharodon hastalis, probably broad-form variation.

 

Kent and Ward (2018) found that broadened unserrated Carcharodon teeth from Calvert Fm. and similar formations pertain to a broad-formed C. hastalis rather than C. plicatilis.

It is in the white shark Genus, but it is not a Great White.
