Help me identify this early devonian fossil. I think it may be a cooksonia.

Okay so I found this interesting specimen in Ithica New York. The formation was early devonian. Is this a cooksonia fossil? On the other side of this rock you can see another fossilzed plant as seen on the front but much smaller and less complete. Below the penny is the most complete out of the three. To the right of the penny you can see a little bit of another. Thank you for taking time reading this. (If it does turn out to be a cooksonia its sadly missing the sprouts)

I think that's a bryozoan, I'm pretty sure I can see the zooecia.

I agree that it looks like a branching bryozoan to me. Maybe something like Eridotrypa?? (These are found in the lower devonian of New York.)

The bedrock around Ithaca is Upper Devonian, but there is at least one quarry north of the city the exposes Middle Devonian rock.

I was about 30 minutes away from Ithica and the area was middle devonian. I used my formations map.
