Let us know how much Michelob you've consumed It’s slow but very well preserved. There’s a hard layer a couple micro-layers above the fish so I can scribe down to it with the ME9100, abrade what will come off, then touch up with the micro jack and abrade again. 1 Regards, Kris Global Paleo Services, LLC https://globalpaleoservices.com http://instagram.com/globalpaleoservices http://instagram.com/kris.howe
hadrosauridae
what do you use as a backer on your thin and fragile plates? That tail is absolutely superb, I cant wait to see the whole thing completed. "There is no shortage of fossils. Ptychodus04
@hadrosauridae @ParkerPaleo @Ludwigia Thanks guys. This just needs to get trimmed up and I’m contemplating thinning down the slab. It is close to 2” thick and weighs a ton! I'll have to cut grooves in the back of the slab and break them off without weakening the rest of the piece!! I may simply epoxy a French cleat to the back of it and call it good. Ptychodus04
This little guy was in my “Probably Knightia, May not prep” pile. I needed a bit of mindless work tonight so I pulled this one out at random. I’m not sure what it is yet, but it’s definitely NOT a Knightia. 3 Regards, Kris Global Paleo Services, LLC https://globalpaleoservices.com http://instagram.com/globalpaleoservices http://instagram.com/kris.howe
