Jose Montemayor
Hi there! Last May I got a fossil fish and just recently got it prepared, but I’m not sure about the species. I have some ideas but better appeal to the very vast knowledge of TFF members. It is a very beautiful specimen with a lot of detail, with a lot of scales, which is not very common in specimens from this location. It was found in a quarry in Vallecillo, México. Late Cretaceous. The complete length is roughly 96 cms.

Sorry, I am relatively new to this forum and I'm still getting familiarized with it and how it works :/ I thought it was just an image. I am going to take a look at it. Thanks.
