Decapod claw or pseudofossil?

99% sure this is just a rock, but the shape just keeps me wondering...

 

Found along the beach of Stratford Hall in Montross, Virginia on 7/6/19. Any thoughts?

Callianassid claw / Ghost shrimp. Neat find.

Thank you both! I knew the shape was uncanny, but I've been fooled more often than not. First time finding one of these.

It's sort of a steinkern of a claw which is what may have thrown you off. It's also been phosphatized (blackened) in a lag deposit. Crabs parts with this type of preservation are often found with shark teeth in lags.
