Those things usually have meters on them, so you better see what the hourly rate is. You might need a good line of credit.

I agree this is a track. 

I'd like to see a picture of the slab without the circle drawn on it. 

I would lean towards Rhynchosauroides as a possible ID.

should be more tracks in that material and found by simple surface collecting. No need to dig unless you see something sticking out. If you go on Sunday try wearing a hard hat and safety vest so that no-one will think you're a vandal.
