Not sure there is enough there to make a solid ID.  :unsure:

This looks like a skull of Jeholosaurus from Yixian Formation of China.  Jeholosaurus is small ornithischian dinosaur from the Lower Cretaceous Yixian Formation of the Lujiatun locality, Liaoning Province, China.

I think they are not the skull of the same kind of dinosaur.

Because the shape of the holes in front of the deduction on their skull are not the same.
