Those look to be Moroccan and I know we have members here who know that formation well. Stay tuned--you'll have your answer as soon as one of the folks who know Moroccan fossils catches wind of this topic.

They do indeed look prognathodon to me too, could also be Eremiasaurus as well since they are very hard to differentiate.
The 2nd one looks like it might be one of the pterygoid teeth.
